I believe this type of work is my calling, my purpose and my gift to those around me. I will do my thing for everyone I come into contact with because it is who I am, what I believe in. Because I could not, not. Because my heart is open to all and I care. I believe in the power of the work I do and have seen it's impact to benefit the people I have coached to live better.

A discovery call. Let's set up a 30 minute chat to determine how suitable we are for working with one another. In this call, we will see if we hit it off. We will discuss the reasons you are seeking a coach and what I can do for you as a coach. You will get an idea of my process and style. We can discuss goals, packages, process, scope and expectations. I will answer any additional questions you have. We will leave the call open ended. There will be no pressure to commit to anything. I will wish you the absolute best as we say goodbye. And mean it.

This is my brand of life coaching. It's intense, fast moving, hard hitting, mind blowing, life altering. It's a direct reflection of myself. The way I move through the world. How I live. What I believe. The strategies I have used with myself to overcome, to grow and to keep on moving. And the ways I have built resilience and better quality and richness to my life. It is the combination and culmination of all my education and intuition. I tend to see things in patterns, problems and solutions. But I also know the feel of things. The people who come into my life seem to find my way of decoding the world and communicating it back beneficial. With their encouragement and my own feelings of this is what I can offer the world, I began this coaching adventure. Plus, bonus, I like people. I find them endlessly fascinating. I am personally interested. I have a nice, open smile and presence. And I will be present with you. 

So, this is what I bring to the table: my curiosity, my skills, my knowledge, my intuition, my caring and my focused energy. 


I am best face to face. I will also set up online meetings, phone calls and I can do text coaching as well. (I am a writer after all.) However, my preference is real life! We will sit down and talk through what is on your mind. I will ask questions to understand you, to hear your story, and where you are in it. I will reflect back to you what I am hearing and show you different angles of yourself. This is powerful stuff. Open ended questions inspire opening your own mind and communicating verbally requires aligning your thoughts into a structure in the stories you tell. And once the story is formed, it's changeable! 


Everything that is said between us is confidential.

I will listen with energy and focus. I will help you clarify and find your strengths. I will help you find the patterns. I will help you gain or shift perspective. I will help you strategize and plan. I will cheer you on. And I may also challenge your preexisting beliefs to push deeper into yourself, to understand your motivations and thoughts. The effort and energy you put in will determine your results. I will expect you to put forth both energy and effort. 

Our relationship will be as two professionals interacting. I am unwilling to discuss any illegal activity. 

Contact between us outside of session is limited to email, unless explicitly agreed upon and contracted.
